Becky Banker

Becky started in the restaurant business over 15 years ago in Northeastern WI, where she grew up. At age 14, Becky started as a dishwasher at the nearby supper club and eventually worked her way up to restaurant management in both FOH and BOH. Becky attended Fox Valley Technical College and UW-Stout where she obtained several degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Becky has worked in independent restaurants, private country clubs, coffee shops and hotels throughout WI and MN. Becky started with Sysco as a Marketing Associate selling in the Madison WI area and is now our Center of the Plate Specialist. Becky’s current role allows her to work one-on-one with customers addressing their premium protein purchases as well as menu concepts and ideas. Cooking and the restaurant business is her passion and it shows through in the relationships she builds with our customers. Becky is newly married and resides in Madison WI.
