Abigail Petrack
Pastry Chef and Bakery/Deli Specialist
Abigail is a Madison native, now living in Beaver Dam, WI. Since age 14 she has been working in food service establishments from the check at the grocery store to a waitress. After sophomore year in high school she got a job as a bakery clerk and quickly moved up to cake decorator. She later attended the Culinary Institute of America for baking and pastry. Abigail has been working for Sysco as the bakery specialist for over 6 years and Deli specialist for over 2 years.
