Andrew has been working in the hospitality business for over 35 years. As a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America with a strong operations background, he filled roles as an Executive Chef, General Manager and Managing Partner for a variety of foodservice operations. For the past 18 years he has been with Sysco Foods as a Marketing Associate, District Sales Manager, Business Resource Manager, Senior Product Manager and Premium Protein Chef. In his current role as our Executive Chef he works daily in our Culinary Resource Center with our customers to help them with developing new items for their menus. He also works with our merchandising department to find the best new products to bring into stock.
